Once you've accepted a quote, here's the process from start to finish.
1. Deposit
A 60% deposit is required to lock in your job and get it into production. The remaining 40% is due on installation, once the work is complete.
2. Measure and manufacture
Every door, screen and shutter is custom made to the exact opening — nothing is off the shelf. Turnaround from deposit to install is typically 3–5 weeks, depending on the product and how busy the schedule is.
3. Installation day
Our installer will confirm a time window ahead of the day. Most residential jobs — a door or a handful of screens — are completed within a few hours. Larger jobs, like a full house of shutters, may take longer.
4. Final payment and handover
The remaining 40% is payable once installation is complete and you're happy with the result. You'll be shown how any locks, tracks or louvres operate before the installer leaves.
A note on quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. If pricing needs to be revisited after that — say materials pricing has moved — we'll always let you know before anything is booked in.
